Close to Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, Le vinTage restaurant invites you to taste the wonderful creations of its young chef, Julien Viard. Having worked in some of the best gastronomic houses across France, from the Rhone and Loire regions to the Alps and Corsica, Julien Viard joined as at Vosne-Romanée in December 2015.
Since then, he and his crew have revisited some of the great classics of Burgundian cuisine, while adding a playful and modern touch. The result? A combination of colourful, original flavours that uses fresh country produce and perfectly complements the fine wines of Burgundy.
